The Metron Ariston restaurant was constructed inside the industrial facilities of Metron A.E. It is placed in a planted corner of the site, oriented towards the garden, while on the same time it blocks the views of the factory creating a wall barrier around it. The use of raw natural materials, such as stone, wood and metal create a balanced transition between the industrial environment and the garden. The custom made glass panels can be opened entirely, erasing the boundaries between the interior and the exterior space.
