The residence is located in the south east side of the island of Mykonos,it is structured linearly, oriented southeast and in alignment towards the view of the area, as three volumes with two levels , which are divided into two distinct independent residences.
The architectural concept results from the intention to design a building that is fully integrated into its natural environment and the local traditional architecture of the island. The exterior spaces are developed to the southeast, protected from the strong winds of the Aegean and are bordered by dry stone walls, characteristic element of Cycladic architecture that allows the building to be embedded in its terrain.
