The residence is located in the south east side of the island of Milos,it is structured linearly, oriented southeast and in alignment towards the view of the area. In the architectural study, special attention was paid to the general location of the building, the height and distribution of its volumes, as well as to the design of the exterior living areas of the residence, so that they gently adapt to the natural environment. In addition, the choice of a bioclimatic approach to the building in combination with the configuration of the surrounding space, creates zones with unique microclimates and green surfaces as a continuation of the topography of the area.
